- Con la mitad del agua de epazote disolver la pasta de pepita, debe quedar en un punto entre líquido y espeso, ya que se van a pasar las tortillas por esta mezcla.
- Pasar las tortillas por el agua restante de epazote, inmediatamente por la mezcla de pepita, y rellenar con el huevo picado, enrollarlos como taco y bañar con el tomate cocido.
(Si lo hacen con tortillas de máquina, solo pasenlas por la mezcla de pepita ya que suelen romperse).
