  4. Antes de cumplir los 20 minutos sal pimienta y deja seguir su cocción.
  5. Pasado los 20 minutos pasamos a una licuadora junto con el queso panela y licuamos por 3 minutos o hasta que todo se haya integrado correctamente, después regresamos al fuego por 5 minutos más y estará listo.
  6. En un plato sopero colocamos la cantidad de crema necesaria y decoración con un rábano fresco y cilantro criollo y con eso nuestra plato estará listo..
