- Una vez estén endurecidos vaciaremos el ganache dentro de los cascos dejando espacio para más chocolate y volvemos a meter al congelador por 5 minutos, retiramos del congelador y vaciamos más chocolate sobre el ganache para sellar los bombones, llevamos por última vez al congelador por 5 minutos más, retiramos y desmoldamos.
