- 2 kilos calabaza
- 500 g azúcar
- 1 poloncillo
- 1 olla
- Canela
- Agua

- Recolectar lo insumos

- Comenzaremos pelando la calabaza, y quitaremos la semilla.



- Después cortaremos la calabaza en trozos medianos



- En una tina, disolver un puño de cal



- Vaciar los trozos de calabaza en el agua posteriormente preparada


- Dejar reposar por 3 horas, esto sirve para preservar la consistencia semisolida de la calabaza


- Una vez que hayan pasado las tres horas, enjuagar bien la calabaza para quitar restos del agua de cal

- Ya que esté enjuagada, pondremos los trozos de calabaza, en una olla con agua suficiente para cubrir todos los trozos.


- Después colocar el piloncillo, el azúcar y la canela al gusto. Y poner a fuego medio



- Una vez que todos los ingredientes estén en la olla, revolvemos para que el dulce del piloncillo y azúcar se disuelva en el agua.

- Dejar en el fuego, durante 4 horas, para que tome la consistencia y sabor.



- Pasando las 4 horas debería lucir un color oscuro y la miel debe tener una consistencia levemente espesa.

- Ahora estará listo para servir y degustar
