- Separamos en tres partes los secos y agregamos uno por uno al merengue. Cuando solo falte una porción de secos, agregamos el colorante. Recuerda hacerlo de forma envolvente.



- Agregamos la mezcla en una manga y hacemos los círculos sobre papel estrella. Dejamos secar y con la yema del dedo asegurarse de que están secos.


- Horneamos a 150° por 20 min. Dejamos enfriar y rellenamos.
