  3. Aparte rallamos suficiente queso para gratinar

    Ponemos un sartén con aceite y freímos nuestras pellizcadas, las sacamos en un platón, les ponemos la salsa, encima el queso rallado, las metemos a gratinar y las adornamos con una hojita de cilantro.

    Nota yo las hice con masa azul, eso es al gusto.
