  1. Yo lo hice para dos personas, primero ponemos a cocer el spaghetti como todas las pastas en agua caliente con suficiente sal, ya saben como decía mi abuela: En agua tan salada como el Mediterráneo.

Ponemos en una ollita 3 jitomates con la piel cortada en cruz a hervirlos para que se pueda desprender la piel y poderlos pelar y ahí mismo ponemos un pedazo de cebolla y un diente de ajo, Los sacamos pelamos los jitomates y ponemos los jitomates, ajo y cebolla en la licuadora junto con medio chipotle y una cucharadita de consomé en polvo y lo vaciamos en una ollita a que se sazone.
  3. Una vez cocido el spaghetti lo mezclamos con la salsa, lo ponemos en un refractario y le ponemos queso rallado por encima.
  4. En la receta original lleva una guindilla pero como es casi imposible conseguirla en México la sustituí con el chipotle y quedó fantástico.
