- 250 gr masa
- 8 chiles costeños
- 2 tomates grandes
- 2 dientes ajo
- 2 hojas hierba santa
- 1 cucharadita aceite
- 1/2 Cebolla
- 1/2 cucharada sal
- Clavo de olor
- Pimienta negra

- Recolectar los ingredientes

- Poner en una cacerola agua a fuego medio, añadir un diente de ajo, media cucharadita de sal y 1/4 de cebolla.

- Cuando el agua esté suficientemente caliente poner los camarones para que comiencen a cocerse. Y añadir unos trozos de hoja de hierba santa.


- Asar los chiles y un ajo, y después asar los tomates y 1/4 de cebolla.


- Una vez asados los chiles, ajo, tomate y cebolla llevar a la licuadora, con un poco de caldo de camarón.


- Moler las especias en el molcajete con un poco de Caldo de camarón. Y añadirlo a la licuadora.
- Después de licuar todo, poner en una sartén una cucharadita de aceite, y colar la mezcla para sofreírla en la sartén.


- En un poco de caldo de camarón disolver la masa, hasta que no hayan grumos.
- Verter la mezcla en la cacerola de los camarones ya cocidos, seguido de esto la masa disuelta.


- Por último añadir una hoja de hierba santa.


- Esperar a que hierva, y apagar. Ahora estará listo para servir.
