  4. En nuestro recipiente donde mezclaremos los ingredientes volvemos a tamizar la harina y el azúcar glass una parte y agregamos merengue y así sucesivamente.
    Hasta obtener una consistencia como lava. Agregamos el colorante en gel. A esta técnica se le llama macarronash.
  5. Una vez obtenida la textura deseada vaciamos en una manga pastelera con duya lisa y formamos los macarrones sobre una charola con papel estrella.
    Hornear por 10 min por 150°c dejar enfriar y rellenar.
  6. Relleno:
    Mezclamos los quesos a temperatura ambiente hasta formar un pasta suave y agregamos el azúcar glass.
  7. Montaje:
    Dejamos enfriar nuestros macarrones y rellenamos con ayuda de una duya nuestro relleno de queso.
