Cuando esté fuera del fuego colocamos la grenetina previamente hidratada, luego el chocolate blanco y mezclamos muy bien. También colocamos colorante y sobre una rejilla lo dejamos caer sobre la mousse sin que el glaseado se enfríe porque se puede cuagar muy rápidamente (como a mi 😔)
