  7. Cuando la masa este estirada en forma circular, podemos cocinarla en una sartén. Colocar la tortilla en la sartén cuando comience a levantarse las orillas dar vuelta para cocinar del otro lado. Cabe mencionar que se cocina una vez por lado.
  8. Cuando esté cocinado el pan, podemos acompañarlo con el pollo kebab. Se abre el pan por la mitad y se rellena con lechuga, trozos de pepino, aderezo de yogurt y pollo kebab (la receta del kebab ya se encuentra en mi perfil)
  9. Servir y disfrutar.
