  4. Las papas se aplasta para volverlas puré y se agrega un poquito de sal y pimienta al gusto.. ya que este esto en un cuadro de aluminio de preferencia doble untamos mantequilla y encima ponemos una cantidad de puré esparcido, agregamos el guiso y encima el queso manchego
  5. Doblamos similar a un tamal, a mí me salieron 3.. después de eso lo colocamos un sartén caliente o al horno.. solo para gratinar el queso así que no es mucho.. más o menos 5 minutos de cada lado en la estufa
  6. Y listo para comer
