- Cuando haya reducido se licúa y se vuelve a poner a reducir hasta que quede una consistencia espesa



- Para la masa: en un bowl se ponen la harina, el aceite, la sal y la levadura
- Se agrega el agua y se revuelve hasta que el agua absorba la harina necesaria y se vuelva la masa
- Se revuelve y se saca del bowl y se amasa durante 10 minutos estirando para que la masa absorba aire y se deja reposar durante 1:30 hrs hasta que duplique su volumen
- Tomamos la mitad de la masa y estiramos desde la mitad hacia afuera, se aceita el sartén donde se cocinará y se extiende en la superficie del sartén

- Mientras la masa de cocina cortamos nuestro jamón, sacamos nuestro chorizo de su envoltura y picamos nuestros chiles en rodajas


- Agregamos los ingredientes a la masa del lado cocinado, una capa de queso y después la salsa y los demás ingredientes, para que la masa no se humedezca de más
