Colocamos encima papel estrella y agregar algo que haga peso (que pueda ser llevado al horno). Llevamos al horno por 15 minutos a 180° C.

- En un sartén agregamos la mantequilla, manzana pelada y picada, azúcar, pasas y la canela y la salteamos sin dejar que se llegue a cocer demasiado.


- Una vez que la tarta salga del horno agregamos el relleno de manzana, cuidando que no lleve mucho jugo.
Agregamos nueces al gusto.

- Por último con ayuda de un rodillo hacemos una capa para ponerla encima de la tarta.
Eso es opcional, también se puede hornear son la capa de encima.
Llevamos al horno por 30 minutos a 180°C
- Una pasado el tiempo sacamos del horno, desmoldamos y está lista para disfrutar!
